You could always gather a group of Letterheads together interested in coming up this way for a meet, pool your resources together an rent a van for the transportation.
Two tips if you decide to do it. Put it on cruise control and don't stop for Bubba Burgers along the way.
You already know why.... Rapid

YEEEHAAA! well we're busy here!!! weather is suppose to be great!!! its gonna be a blast!
i just wanted to mention the directions(or lack of)
from wherever you are coming from:just get to the intersection of route 16 and 302 in glen, nh!(you are going to breakoff and stay on route 16north)...at that point the meet location is less than 2 miles...and there will be signs guiding you.
and just for further affirmation...once you turn onto route 16, STORYLAND is less than 1/2 mile on your right...you'll go another 1/4 mile or so and there will be a right going up LINDERHOF RESORT...you'll want to take the entrance that KRINGLES store is at(again there will be signs)and its about .7 mile up the mountain. see ya there!!!
of course this is assuming you are coming from the east west and south...if you are coming down 16 from the north...then it will be about 1/4 before storyland.

Sorry everyone, I can't make it to the meet. I've had plans for a while, and I can't be everywhere at once. I'm not as fast as Alan Johnson or my dad, but I'm working on it. Have a great time everyone!
Heading over to the crew shop to snap up some Kandys, picking up Nettie in Portland, then it's fun time, kiddies!
I just took a look at the Red Parka Pub's schedule...dunno who's playing tonight, but if you're looking for some good entertainment Tommy Dee's doing his blues Friday night. Saturday night, Big John and the Twins are playing. John's an outstanding guitarist and I can gurantee you'll be glad you caught the show.

Unexpected Family emergency, I have to gut, wire, insulate and sheet rock a bed room by next week. Not bad for day 3 of demolition work, I have one more day left of demo work, should be insulating this weekend if all goes as planned.

Hope you are all having a great time! Wish we could be there but Aledo one week and New Hampshire the next just wasn't in the cards. Besides, we are painting the living room this weekend. Bill is SO excited!....NOT! Ray, you need to yell "Hurt me! Hurt me!" at the blues bar in honor of Bill.

I didn't realize the gold was bought just for me.
I feel honored, I'd be more than happy to purchase the gold then as to have anyone stuck with it, as a matter of fact I've been trying all week to contact Karyn about just that and brushes.
Wish I could be there but this isn't a time to be for me to be selfish.

Don and I, Nettie and the Peaches are all here at Karyns. The meet is going great so far. The shop is absolutely amazing...any man's dream!!! The scenery is beautiful though Karyn is stressing that they are having a really late fall and the leaves haven't changed that much. The suppliers that donated were very generous, so we've got three different types of paint to play with, and lots to see and do. I've met lots of fantastic people and having a great time so far. If anyone is thinking about just driving out for the day, we'd love to meet you!

Karyn! Stop stressing over something that you can't change & just have fun! Leaves, Schmeeves. I'm soooo envious...gotta spend the morning peeling off a logo I did 2 years ago and re-applying the guy's puke-a-riffic old one cuz his wife didn't like it! 25 feet up! Double-sided! Then I have to work at my real job tonight cuz some twit needed to go to Homecoming! Linnie....I hope you are having a blast...be careful out among the Peaches. Just thinking of all the cool accents yins are hearing & wishing I could add my Pittsburgh one to the mix. Love.....Jill

Hey, all. Just got in and, trust me, the pictures can't possibly come close to what being there was like...ya just HADDA be there!!!
If ever I've been to a meet that I wished would go on forever, this was it. I was so relaxed and felt so at home that I was airbrushing realistic flames with one hand in my pocket and didn't even realize it until Pierre smacked me in the arm and scolded me for making it look easy. There were smiles from ear to ear all weekend, some off the wall pranks and more than a few moments that will stay with me forever.
Special thanks to Bobby Marquis who not only opened his home to us, but has the heart and soul of a Letterhead as much as anyone I've met. A truly special man and I'm honored to have spent the weekend with you. Also to Karyn's freinds and family for thier warm welcome and support. (Bobby's shop is what mine wants to be when it grows up! )
The talent was oozing from wall to wall on this one and really captured the Letterhead spirit...inspirational, informative and loaded with tons of talent! Throw in some wacky shenenigans from some imaginative and fun loving folks and you can only imagine what it was like...fun, fun, fun!
Thanks also to Peter at New England Sign Supply, Foam Visions, Roger at RapidTac, Ronan, One Shot and all the sponsors who supported this meet so generously. Special thanks to Kellie Martin from Precision and Dan Hanson from Hartco. It's always great to have you with us.
Karyn... Thanks for setting up one of the most relaxed and picturesque venues in the history of meets. Despite a tough week, you pulled this one off to perfection!
A total blast! Bravo! Rapid
