I never could figure out why folks would use other stuff when there was a proven effective product available.

Doesnt it all depend on what kind of adhesive? Or does Rapid Remover handle them all?
Also, what the adhesive is on? Wdnt it take off some paints?

Dennis...Rapid Remover works to remove vinyl adhesive from any surface. It does not harm the surface at all. It is citrus based, not petroleum based.
I only used it for 20 years and I only used it on every surface that I came across. Never had a problem.
BUT...There "might" be some surface that it might harm, of course. That is why I always quoted vinyl removal on an hourly rate and with absolutely no guarantee regarding damage to the surface.
I remember a trucker who didn't like my terms so he tried removing the old lettering himself. Once he got tired he sent his wife out. She used a Brillo pad! I got a call the next day!!!!!
Stein...Sorry, but alcohol doesn't work anywhere as well as Rapid Remover. Alcohol evaporates way too fast.
I don't know what Rapid Remover costs these days but if it costs $100/gallon it would still be worth the price. Just build the cost into the price.

Rapid remover covers a wide range of adhesive, great product, used it to remove the worst of adhesives. if the adhesive is to old I use a rubber air-eraser the clean-up with Rapid remover and soap.
