hi...i'm working on corian carved signs that had been polished and masked first so painting would go smoother. i have been using jay cooke primer and one shot enamel.(i hope that's okay) after pealing mask off there are a few signs that could use some extra polishing. probably got scuffed in the transportation...how would you folks go about it? i have my husbands car buffer..can that work? of course these were due last week...but hey i only got them last friday...also would you guys not rush the painting process? 2 coats primer 2 coats emamel)i don't want them to peel this summer because i rushed it. thanks!

You can "wet" sand Corian with 600 and then 1000 grit sandpaper to get rid of any minor scractches. In case you don't know, you can get wet sandpaper at any paint store that caters to body shops and some Napa stores.
