Something I made a couple of years ago but never got a decent pic of the finished sign until other day when I happened to pass by...I had forgotten about the sign so when I drove by it was like having a first impression...favorable first impressions are really important for a successful sign and I thought this one passed the test.
As I recall they had just changed their name and wanted the sign ready for a ribbon cutting grand opening with all the local dignitaries at their new location...they were relocating to an area with many professional offices so we really needed to look the part.
With nothing to work with except a name I thought adding an image would be a good idea...a shock of wheat seemed like a natural choice to reflect the company name and the client liked the idea as well...the shock of wheat is a combination of hand carving and magic sculpt...the sandblasted bkgrd incorporates 2 textures and was a first for me.
Kudos to the owner for coming up with a fantastic name for an investment firm.

The color scheme...yes...one of my favorites...green/red/gold...the Christmas colors...cant ever go wrong with that combination...the brownish red color on the posts and frame of the sign match the porch, shutters, and roof shingles on the building.
