Our daughter Katie staged, lit and used an old 35mm Pentax mounted on a tripod with black and white film . She also developed the photo in the darkroom.
The old clock is a 1950's wall clock that my parents owned.

VERY cool........ Where did all of the black & white photographers go? Its even more expensive to develop now. Beautiful picture. I have a b&w of Rosemary around here somewhere. I'll see if I can find it. Great pic, Mark.

My buddy takes a lot of Black and white....check him out at jeffalphoto.com. He travels to southeast asia for many of his photos. His Cuban stuff is great also. Great studies of people.

We still got Elmer here in town doing the black n whits pics. He's crankier than ever, cuz he cannot get the materials that he used to. I have found the materials over the internet for him, but he is an old farmer that does not trust anything, and anybody. (ask Jill.)
I like the black and whites myself...

I have a lot of Elmer's work. Stuff he's taken from old glass negatives people bring him. I have even been in da darkroom with him. He's very quiet and focused there. Love the pic of your daughter, Mark. I also love how she took a fancy to a clock that all our folks had at one time, which we would think was yucky but the younger set sees as space-age Retro cool. Neat! Love...Jill
