Here's a 8 x8 sign on alumalite, we used reflective vinyls so it would be visible when cars are driving by at night. The sign is located by a 2 lane highway that is out in the country. -

Nice work! I am in Ottawa and have a 4 X 8 CNC Router if you need to do anything like that keep me in mind.
