Depends...you mean before painting the vinyl? Alcohol works fine for cleaning before airbrushing, Kryloning etc. Rapid tack works fine too. But for airbrushing with water based such as Createx, most people scuff the vinyl with a 3M pad to provide more tooth.

Tim..For cleaning before painting on vinyl I use wax and silicone remover, available at any auto parts store like NAPA. If you just want to clean it because it is dirty try soap and water.

by the way...DID YOU KNOW THAT YOUR CAPS LOCK WAS STUCK ON???????? (MY EARS ARE RINGING FROM ALL THAT SHOUTING!!!)
