I was wondering if anyone here had suggestions as far as how and where i could get cut a fair amount of 30 mil magnet stock custom cut. I need to get a couple different rectangular shapes (with rounded edges) cut in quantities of about 100/ea. If anyone has suggestions as to how i could do this quickly, or where i might be able to get this done please let me know. If things work out i might be interested in getting some bigger quantities of ~500 made.

Hi Michael We use a heavy duty hand fed platen. They are cheap to buy. A cutting form has to be purchased for each shape. We feed 300 or so sheets of A4 magnet per hour once the machine is set up Kerry

If they are just rectangles a framing square and a raised edge on the table will make quick work of it. I roll the mag out and butt it up against the raised edge ... butt the square (large "L" shaped ruler) up to same ... score first cut ... slide square over to score next cut etc. ... snap apart cuts and run pieces through round corner machine ... quick-n-simple
