I think I'm bummed I missed it ... the meet, the parade. Sounds like a great idea. I wonder if there is a way to make copies of this sort of thing to replay (video or stills)

Monte, The cam and Parade were GREAT, although I just caught the end of the parade. I just sorta stumbled onto the parade tho, if plans were announced prior I might have been able to catch the whole thing (then again I might have missed the post). Wonderful Job!!! Thanks Joe, Makin Chips and Havin Fun!

Good Day, Monte - By the time I saw the post for the poster parade and went there, it was nearly over. I would have watched the whole thing if there had been more advance notice.
One thing that is frustrating about the cam is to watch people come and go with no way of finding out who they are and/or exactly what they are doing. During the poster parade especially, someone should be on the keyboard there telling the world who we are seeing and other details about the poster parade that might not be ovious over the webcam. Maybe you did this and I just got there late and missed it.
Sounds like you folks had a great time. Wish I could have been there. Vic G

I caught it! It was great over all, but wondered if you guys could see what we could?
It was a great idea to set stuff on the chair so the light could catch the darker stuff, but at that point, a lot of it was smaller and not close enough to the camera to make it out. I wonder about setting up the "show area" ahead of time and making sure there is plenty of light, not glare, on the panels.
The panels were drool worthy and lovely to see! Thanks for the show! It was nice to be introduced to the artists and get to tell them "WOW" etc., and see them beam proudly! I think it should be a regular ceremony at the meets!
Having someone with a camera to snap their photos before or after the parade appearance, would possibly save some time for Steve and we could see the artists doing a "Vanna White" with their work on the immortalized past meet pages hehehe! I know when I see a panel sitting there alone in a photo, the first thing I wonder is, who did that? LOL.

Since Steve & Barb are on the road, I'll add a little insight........The Panel parade was a 'spur of the moment' idea! Steve quickly posted it on the BB while it was being organized.
Maybe next time it will be well thought out, and pre planned with enough prior notice. BUT....it WAS fun!!!
