"There is nothing STOCK about a Stock Car." - Days of Thunder.

The sticker may say Chevy or Chrysler but everything under those stickers in is custom. They do make great rolling bill boards though.

Hey Joey, Chevy, Ford have all sorts of "racing involvement" in a bunch of areas, stocks, sports, sport trucks, off road.

How many chryslers have you heard of winning in these other events ??

Thats cause Chrysler only has to focus they're
budget and involvement on one arena, the stock car world.
I would hope they won some races in this area, since thats the only place they race (factory sponcered).
Lets see who does it next ??
Remember, Hemis are gone!! anyone can get lucky. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

Roger, you been in Hawaii too long. MOPAR and their clone elephant motors have ruled the drag racing world for over 50 years, except'n 1962 when Pete Robinson won top fuel with a small block Chevy, guess he got lucky. Pete Robinsons luck ran out when he visited Westhampton drag strip, after a run he returned to his pit area only to find his truck, trailer and everything he brought with him from Georgia disappeared.

I believe it was the sixties where MOPAR was stopped from running NASCAR, guess those de-stroked elephant motors were just too fast for the tracks.

Its only a matter of time before MOPAR takes over all those other sports you mentioned since drag racing and NASCAR are Americas 2 biggest automotive racing events.
BTW Roger those W-5 heads they run are the same as whats on my little sleeper.

Roger theres an ol'saying you might have missed growing up, it goes like this " If you wanna race, get a Chevy or a Ford. But if you wanna win get a MOPAR

I saw it... I loved that a Dodge won, but please... Ward Burton? Give me a break. Can anyone tell me what he says? I don't get that, his brother Jeff speaks English (no accent) and yet Ward speaks thick accented inbreeder.

I personally woulda liked to see Jr win it if a Dodge didn't. But then, I may be biased. He is such a hotty. [Smile] Did I say that outloud again?

Roger, Mopars are also starting to do well in the WOO sprint cars and some are showing up in the dirt late models as well.
Myself, I've never been a brand loyalist, whatever gets the job done. I always enjoyed the old coupes and sedans of the late fifties and early sixties when just about every powerplant imaginable was run and won with.
Chris, it would figure you would like Earnhardt jr., neither one of you knows how to put a ball cap on right:)

Hey Joey, those "winnin drag machines" are all usin "aluminum RAT motors" big block Chev. copies.

And hey, who could afford a elephant($13,000.00 stock) you can buy three or four Ls-6 chevys for that much, throw some Nitrous to em for "600 h.p."

Bring that wimpy plymouth over here Joey, I got two Chev. "mouse motors" to blow yer doors off.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, ha ha ha hah a ha

Just finished puttin the eng/trans. back in the roadster today, had to pull trans back out, guy sold me the wrong bolt pattern torque converter.

Hate workin on my back, got it all bolted up and ready for the headers/mufflers,wires,drive shaft, then I'll put all the front sheet metal back on.
I'll be ready for ya in 1 week Joey!!!
