I'm looking for a royalty free high definition photographic file of an American flag billowing in the wind. Is there a service on the web to download images like this? (For digital printing).

Take a look at www.webshots.com. This site is geared to provide a repository for everybodys photos. Many capable photographers use it. I would think someone there has a billowing flag.

Try ditto.com Also, alta vista has an image search function. I don't know if the results would have enough resolution for your purposes, but it's worth a shot.

Try gettyimages this link will take you to 400 flag images. You can buy at medium res. for less, or pay for high resolution for large format printing.
