When this idiot ended up in hospital i wonder what the name of the company was that made the soothing antiseptic cream that they slapped all over him and where that cream came from?

Did anyone notice the people's faces in the second shot? I don't see anyone with a look of horror on their face. It seems as if they are amused by their fellow countryman on fire. Either this photo is doctored or those folks are cold as ice.
