Just on the news.. A bogus phone call to an everyday guy..the caller soliciting funds on behalf of the New York State Police Benevolent Association for the relief fund to aid those in need in New York City. The guy asked for a phone number,since none showed up on his caller ID.Said caller hung up. How's that for lower than whale sh^&**?????????
