Hey, just learned this new trick, and wanted to pass it on to everyone:
Every now and then, people will post pics with geocities or another free web-space service that will not allow you to link to pictures from another website, when you click the link, they see where the request is coming from (they see that it's not coming from their site), and they put up a 'not found' message.
Next time somebody posts a link and it gives you a not found for this reason (such as a geocities hosted picture), just go up to your browser's address bar, and drag the icon (in IE's case it's the IE page icon) onto the address bar where the url is (that is, drag the icon to the right and release). I believe this works with netscape as well.
You will then be taken to the picture you were looking for. Neat!
