Thanks for all the suggestions. Because of time and being more comfortable with vinyl, I went that route. However, I look forward to trying the other suggestions. Here(I hope) is the finished sign before install...

Geez, enough people have posted their leaning curve on inserting photos in their messages, you'ld think I would have gotten it on the first try...oh well...here's another try at the photo for the above link...

Is this what you wanted to appear in your post Alan?
All I did was go to the page that you linked to in the first post, copied the location and then I came here and typed [img][/img] and then put the curser between the two commands and hit paste.
