How much air pressure do you run in your shop on wheels tires? DO you know what "rhedd up the table" means? Did you ever eat scrapple and snits n nep? How tall is a marine?.....True or false?. Why is a battleship?.....Yes or no? What's the difference between a chicken? The feet? Watch it Buster!

Give your heads a shake folks. I can't believe all the valuable time wasted on these political debates. Couldn't some of that time be invested in actually posting stuff that will help us improve our business and/or life?
We call ourselves a community of Letterheads. Why is a political post like this getting so much attention while important sign related questions get little responce?
Let's get back to the basics that brought us all to this point. Why is it some of us have become more interested in US politics than Letterheads and good stuff that goes with being involved with such a great group of people. Isn't that what brought us to Letterville in the first place?
It's 3:48am here in Cornwall and I am off to bed. I'll try to dream of a day when we see 120 posts under a new Letterhead's questions about becoming a signmaker and 3 posts under the latest political topic.

I agree with Steve. Such vain effort may have to do with dis-associative behavior. You've seen snarling cats suddenly cease fire and start grooming. Humans do things like re-arranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. The "news" is full of "arguments" about school prayer, the drug war, turncoat politicians, and other problems that have no solution. When there is no solution, you can babble all you want, and still not be on the losing side.

Bruce: Yes, to what your are saying! A bit feeble coming from me who is guilty here. I got carried away, starting with an unnecessary defense of OP, and getting hooked into a defense of my opinions. I was involved in this getting out of hand and becoming downright useless. I hope I learned a lesson. Myra Signmaker in perpetual training

I dunno steve. When someone may post a sign related question, I find it very helpful if I know that the person answering is using actual facts or just thier unsubstantiated (whew) opinion. That's pretty important to me anyway.
