For those who wonder how stupid I can be. Well let me tell you. When I was copying the link from the properties of the picture, I didn't know the properties can have another line not showing until you drag on down. I was stopping at just the two lines of the link that were showing. I found the third line be accident.
Let that be a lesson to new pic posterers.
So then, Please give me all the comments you would like to on this design. Comments on color and layout especially. The center will have a digital image of a real coin.
Thanks to those that help the needy on this posting stuff.
I'm happy now!

I like the colours, but the letter style on the RS - rare coins, and the buy sell trade, I find confusing.
Is that a half outline on the buy sell trade letters? Makes it even harder to read. Besides it a by-line and it's already on a accented bar. In other words unnecessary.
Layout looks good overall, but you could expand the size on the background to remove some negative space.

I like it but have always found that kind of text hard to read. There are so many other prismatic fonts that can be read without interferring with your design which is real nice........

I would enlarge all the copy to take up more of the background. Is a coin going to occupy the silver circle area? Otherwise, I like it, but the lettering could be hard to read if this sign is to be read from a distance.

I like the overall shape and color scheme you've established. I also agree that the primary copy is difficult to read, and I think that's because the Imitation Gold outline is much too close tonally to the grey used in your convex letters. What might help is to change that outline to a Fire Red, or alternatively, change the base color of your prismatic letters to the same grey tone that you're presently using as the shade tone within those letters. The grey toned area can then be darkened a shade deeper, and I think your readability will improve dramatically.
I do like the pale green highlight in the background on the extreme right. If carried a bit more toward the centre of the panel, that also might help to give some added punch.
Overall, an pleasant design and your client should be quite pleased.

Thanks for your thoughts. This sign is 8'x12'. It will be viewed primarily from about 200'. The RS letters are 18" and the rare coins are 9". I agree with the gold outline but didn't like the red. Not the color as much as the feel. I was trying to stay with golds and silvers and green as they relate to his "money" business. I'm trying for the old west type of look!
What else could I try. The more I look at it the busier it seems to be. I guess I need to play with it a little more.
Thanks for the advice.

This is what you get for spending all of that time learning how to post pictures
I agree with the posts stating that the RARE COINS is too hard to read. To me, that's what they're selling. The first thing I see on your layout is BUY-SELL-TRADE. Maybe try expanding the size of the black panel and putting RARE COINS in the larger panel. Then you could stagger BUY-SELL-TRADE in the top right area.
Lighten up the strokes on the outlines, no shadow on BUY-SELL-TRADE (blasting will give it its natural dimension) or make it subdued by using a darker color.
Kick it around a little. You'll get it. It's got a nice harmony.
Good Luck.

The part that I find my eyes have trouble with is R&S being one line trying to balance with Rare Coins being two lines. Somehow, I would try to have the word 'Rare' in some other style/color (maybe less dominant) so that the word Coins would be more dominant.
I like the colors, but as others have said...wonder just how clear the main copy will be.

I think the colours are good -the design good-my only comment is if you are handpainting it cut out the the righthand inner serif on the bottom of the 'R'and just paint the letter to the baseline 'R's looks too much like 'Bs'

I agree with Ken on this. Change the outline color on the rs and rare coins. Something deeper, as it looks too light. Also, darken the gray as he said on the convex part of the lettering. That will make that part stand out much better. I used this same lettering style, Walldog by Letterheadfonts recently on a highway sign, and it looks great. Too, maybe space between the buy sell and trade bar, and the main lettering. It does seem a little busy there. Nice looking layout though. Little tweaking here and there and as Emeril would say, BAM!

Ok! That's great! Thanks for the advice. This is neat being able to do this post thing. You guys see what I've missed. I've been working on this customer for over a year and when I got something design I liked for the most part and then he liked it. I stopped and took his money.
I will play with your ideas and if I come up with something I like I'll re-post the picture and show what your ideas did.
Thanks for the help and compliments.
