Sorry to be such a pest....I realize I have posted my problems enough lately. I just think that there is some minor problem that needs tweaking....here is my problem:
When I try to cut from signlab.....my letters get cut all over the place. For example...if I am cutting an 'O' the inner part of the 'o' will be cut in another spot on the vinyl. If I am cutting a drop shadow...it will cut..but not in the order it should. My printer just prints black. Then it will print the colored part on another page only in black. I am hoping my settings are just 'off' a little. If you are a signlab user, and think you might know the problem...post your phone number and I will call you. Judy....I left you a message...if you post when you will be there...I will call you back. I have read the help.....to no avail.(I am one of these people that need to be 'shown' instead of reading instructions) Somehow I think my settings got messed up. Thanks for all your help. You people are great!
