I have a job to do here for a bathroom company who want to list all their product names outside the store. I asked the guy who owns the store to send me over or make contact with all his suppliers and send their respective logos over. This they have been doing and all were requested as vectorised illustrator type files, and so what have I been recieving.....jpgs wmf's and tifs etc. Anyhow I can deal with most. Except this one below, they sent a jpg that shows up as a red cross in a box in my inbox so something is wrong there, I was abit pissed earlier as I had requested the right files and now have been given lots of extra work as a result of getting the wrong ones.
As it states below this company seems to have problems with its logo....are any of you familiar with it??

I am very well aware of what vectors are, but since the Jacuzzi logo shows a "photographed" logo it just doesn't exist in any format that can be "cut" or similar. Like illustratoir/freehand...
We have this problem with sign-companies all the time.
But Jacuuzi in the US have their ideas. Sorry...can't help you.

Henry, check and see if your customer has a brochure or something that has a logo you can scan. I've had a lot better luck doing that than requesting vector image artwork.

Sam, good link there....I will call them monday and see which one is relavant, strange that they have so much trouble with "sign companies"!
