Hi All,Reid Signs, Seattle was on top of the Sodo Building when things started to rumble. This is the HQ for Starbuck's Coffee, which is an older building that used to be a Sears store. A lot of brick-and-mortar, some of which is now at ground level.

Hi Ken:Too late, we already got your money!
The Prez declared Seattle a disaster area, so we gotcha. But, the affect on indivudual tax payers will probably go unnoticed.
