I know I've been off of the board a lot, and most don't even know me at all. But after 20+ years as a signguy,I'm bailing out I wish it was for "retirement" but it's not..There doesn't seem to be a need any longer for a person that will give a company a full days work for a days pay in the plastics and vinyl field. I know that some areas of the sign biz has had a tough time keeping things going.and there have been lay offs all over. But I think that I've killed many trees with the resumes that I've sent in the last couple of years and I'm tired of looking. It's time to find another line of work. It seems that everyone I've talked to must feel I'm "over qualified" or that they will have to pay me "too much" I'm not sure.
I must say that this is a great board and a very good asset to the sign industry and I will stop in to see how everyone is doing. Please take care and stay well,Jim

Please let us know how you get on. The vinyl may be the same shade of green, even though it looks shinier, that may just be the sun at the wrong angle!
