We have just completed a mural under a bridge, directly on the concrete. We primed and painted with latex paints. After thinking about the graffiti protection, we decided that with the water that goes under the bridge, the humidity may cause a problem and cause it to boil, or crack anyway. Has anyone had experience with this type of situation.
