How about a report on how things went? Sorry that I couldn't make it. Reserve me a Saturday later in the Summer, and Mike and I will come up for a private lesson in casting.
The David Butler Workshop is still there in the back of my head. After I get out of the hospital I will start to concentrate on making arrangements with David.

I just noticed your post and hope that all went well with you! I am sorry that you missed the happenin's!...and I am sending a goody bag to ya tomorrow along with some photos of the event...and as always, it would be an absolute pleasure to get you and Mike up for a weekend!...you just name the time and place...I am usually here anyway!...LOL
As soon as folks left, Karen asked me when we were going to do it again...surprised me!...but as you know, it is always nice to see your better half support your habits...especially me!
I have even started speaking with Darryl at GT Products...seems they have no appropriate place to demonstrate...so I have gladly offered a place if I can be there... ...can't ever learn too much!
You will get a kick out of the photos and I am sure you will have a couple of questions about a few!
I think the one thing that I reflect back on the most is the attitude that Robert Nouis left with...I had no idea that he had so much bent up energy to explore...he was like a kid in a candy store!
It was fun and we will do it again!...oh...and wait till you find out what we have in store for Fred..it's a secret to him so I can't give it away here just in case he comes on but it should make for a very interesting happening next spring at his meet! I know he does not get on here cuz he hasn't figured out how to turn on the puter yet!...LOL...but just in case!
again sorry that you were unable to come but you were asked about and were here in spirit!

I had my guys spend about 4 hours running cable out to the sculpting area for direct hook up, mounting the camera onto the wall..etc...boy it sure looked pretty.....then went to place software...etc...and PEOPLE STARTED COMING IN ON THURSDAY MORNING...never had that before...but they came early to help setup...and my staff had just about everything setup, so the meet just began a lot earlier...oh...then when we all went to dinner, our evening was interrupted by some lowlife Mexicans(caught on tape)that decided they wanted the dvd player out of our new navigator.
and no computer geeks came in for the meet...so I had to let go of trying cuz I was pretty busy runnin all weekend...but maybe next year!
