Tell you what, Felix... how about a swap? You come to Wisconsin for Xmas and I'll go to your place. If you are lucky the temps will be in the single digits or less. You can use my 4x4 to get around in the snow. I figure I'll need sun block.

Since my husband is a chef and I'm a caterer, our busiest time of the year is Christmas. No time off for us then.
However, we are leaving on October 6th for an 8 day trip to the Cayman Islands - a second honeymoon for us. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

I really enjoy staying at home during Christmas, sharing time with friends and family. I have a charming old home that provides such a cozy ambiance during the holidays. This year is particularily special as my cousin is coming for a visit from Hungary.
We are getting away next month though, and I'm just reeling with excitement about it. We're escaping to a cabin in the mountains for awhile! I'm looking forward to the nip in the air, and the changing of the leaves! Been building my stamina for some hiking too! I'm just raring to cut loose and go!
