Last week I received a brochure and CDrom in the mail to try out Vinyl Master Pro. It had a 10 minute tutorial on it and it seemed like it had all the answers to design layout and vinyl set up. It also had a trial version. It seems alot like Corel (which I use) but it has alot of neat features of the sign cutting programs like CasMAte (that I use too) What do you think? Has anyone bought it? ($499 US) Sounds like a decent price. Has anyone had problems? Thanks, Judy

I like VMP because it feels alot like Corel. Great node editing tools. I used it along with Flexi for a few months until I made my decision to go with VMP. Also no dongle. I just upgraded to 2.5 for a minimal charge.
About the only things I wished it had is the option to do corner rounding when you outline, esp. serif letters, so the serifs would not be so exaggerated and I would like the guides to be moveable and deletable like Corel's. Also, it is not as easy to delete a file like Corel.
