The other day I tried to get on this site and it came up, but all of the text was missing. So I signed off and since I have been on recently, the font has changed to "Avant Garde".
Just at the shop, it is normal at home. I recently deleted some programs I wasn't using, none had anything to do with my fonts.
What font is missing that would be the letterheads default font? I liked the old look!
Cheers

If you are familiar with reading HTML you can go to the page you are questioning and right click, choose view source. This will open the code in a text application. You should be able to see what font the page is forcing you to use.
By the looks of things you are missing Verdana &/or Helvetica. Where is says, san serif as the third choice it could be Arial, Univers, Geneva, Verdana to name a few. Macs and PCs will use different fonts.
ALSO... There is a setting in your internet browser that will allow you to pick your font. In this case we will use explorer as the example.
Open IExplorer, click on Tools, then InternetOptions and finally the Fonts button. This will allow you to customize your browser to use any font on your system when the HTML page doesn't "tell" you which one to use. I would recomend that you try to stay with some of the default fonts listed above to allow you to see the pages the way the web artist intended. Some of the "oddball" fonts won't read for beans in your browser window due to the small size.
Some sample code from the Letterheads site determining what font to use on this.
