I have a logo design by committee going. Several employees meet with me and than I draw each stage. I was asked this week, to add more Ombre to various places. Silly me, I thought the client meant Umber. No, they said Ombre. I did some research and find that this is a beautitian word to mean fade-dyeing the ends of hair. They mean it to be a fade, but french words sound so Kool don't you know. Barlow fading out...

Committee...this afternoon I have another of those wonderful zoom meeting with the historical review board to get approval to get a permit. The live meetings allow me to read the faces of the board members and the comments from the audience so that I can make adjustments in my presentation. With each board member at their home and the participating audience has some sitting in their cars in a busy parking lot it's a whole different game.
