It's getting more and more common every day, Wayne. Companies are cutting employees, and making others do the job of two or three. Or hiring workers at lower wages, and the old adage of "you get what you pay for" still holds true.
Then you wind up with a lower paid employee from the shipping department, working in production besides his shipping duties, and maybe they have no clue exactly what you're talking about......so take their best guess.
Equally bad, is that many companies won't lower themselves to call you, if they have a question.

Wayne, what part of "Made in China" did you leave out? Kind of makes you wonder, Where have all the sign men gone"? Nobody really cares and welfare pays more. I feel your concern, Peace, Don

naw.....welfare dont pay more......THEN I USED TO GET PAID FOR SIGNS.....BEFORE all the idiots(not us old sign people) who now sell printed signs........for little or next to nothing, just to keep the machine running))))))) gota go get my food stamps and free phone))))
