Direct quote from the email I sent...
quote:
XXXX,
The bolt pattern for that sign is 9 7/8" x 12", center to center. The plate is 12" x 14".....

They sent the $6000 electric sign with the plate 12x12 and the bolt pattern 9 7/8" x 9 7/8". [Roll Eyes]

It's getting more and more common every day, Wayne. Companies are cutting employees, and making others do the job of two or three. Or hiring workers at lower wages, and the old adage of "you get what you pay for" still holds true.

Then you wind up with a lower paid employee from the shipping department, working in production besides his shipping duties, and maybe they have no clue exactly what you're talking about......so take their best guess.

Equally bad, is that many companies won't lower themselves to call you, if they have a question.

Wayne, what part of "Made in China" did you leave out? Kind of makes you wonder, Where have all the sign men gone"? Nobody really cares and welfare pays more. I feel your concern, Peace, Don
