I need to print in CMYK two colors of Gerber/3M vinyl. They are Terra Cotta (Pantone 7585C) and Eucalyptus, (Pantone 7720C). I am outsourcing these 4x8 ft prints but I need to set them up and Illustrator CS3 does not seem to have these colors, or at least I can't find them. My Pantone swatch book is getting old , I guess, too. so I can't figure out what the CMYK values are. Can anyone tell me? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Joe. I think Gerber/3M made a mistake. Those are not even close to the vinyl colors. Those Pantone #s are printed right on the vinyl swatch chart. I found another site that shows about the same.

Although I have a lot of jobs printed these days,
I just decided to cut this whole job from vinyl since it's vinyl colors and this seems to be a tough job to match in print.

Chuck, I used to have a tutorial on color matching to vinyl in this site's step by steps. Probably is still there. Show's how I make exact matches for print and only takes a few minutes usually.
