I purchased several hundred pieces of coroplast 12x18 in. and all of them are warped.Does anyone know of a solution to straighten them. Help is greatful, Thanks

Bill, it depends on how the warpage runs. If they are bowed higher in the center than on the ends, I would place them bow side down on something about twice the thickness of the bow and place a weight, such as an old magnetic transformer on top and let them set for a while and I think you may salvage them. You might try to heat them to speed up the process. Peace, and Good Luck. Don

see if the supplier will take em back.....1st, could put them in a room, raise the temp while having a box with some weight on top a stack of em....try heating one with a hair dryer/heat gun....and see if they will flatten out

Bill, I screen print a lot of coroplast and having warped sheets is not uncommon. I agree with Ian. Stack them out in the sun, put a weight on top and let the radiant heat flatten them out for you.
