I have a big order for 2 x 3 frames with the inserts and 6 x 36 riders. My customer showed me something that looked like sintra only was smooth and probably 6-10 mils. What would that be and where could I get it screenprinted. I tried stouse but they don't have anything that heavy.

Laura, you're probably looking at polystyrene and it's 6-10 mm, not mils. You'll have to find a screen printer using UV curable inks. I've attempted printing this stuff a few time with my normal solvent based screen inks and the imprint is just not very durable and scratches easily. Last time I printed this substrate I had to over laminate everything.

Your customer's sample was probably from Dee Signs which is a major supplier to the real estate industry and they don't wholesale. I do buy some frames from them because they have some unique shapes and sizes.
