I've probably written this one before but fail to understand how the search option works on Letterville... and here I want to write a book!
What's the up and coming format these days in which to write an ebook? I'd like the option to also include video clips. Pages appears to do it all but just wondering about using one that allowed abit of animation as well.
Still undecided if I wish to convert the ebook for a hand held reader but it appears to also be the thing these days and should be considered.

I've done some research and even read two real books on the subject. From what I can figure if you want to maintain the look and format you designed the pages in PDF is the best way to go. This means the pages do not reformat to go on different readers. But they can be read on any reader or computer.
This is the format I am writing my books in.
