Thank you everyone - between here and facebook I heard from a number of Walldog and Letterhead friends. It was a very nice day.
@Debbie . . . yes, for real - first portrait. BUT . . .remember - it was posterized and stylized . . . so 'paint by numbers'. I do feel I got the colors pretty accurate from what I used for the comp - and that helps a lot. But Dan's original photo was so well composed and cute that it was hard to screw up!! Thanks for the kind words.... much appreciated.
