TellUsAboutYourTown: Hertford is a small town of about 2500 in the NE corner of NC which is in the process of revitilization. There is an existing large wall mural which needs to be repaired/replaced plus other areas which would be suitable for wall art.
Comments: The work of Walldogs is most impressive
