Thanks everyone. Bill it is definitely a dream coming true, in particular the Studio!!!! For 20 years I have worked in a draughty old garage that has served me well but I've been soooo cold at times. It may look huge but I'm actually downsizing a lot from my current shop. The actual workshop area is 750 square feet and will house both my workshop and office. The art studio above will catch a lot of the overflow as will the other two areas. In the end I designed it much more generic than I would have liked, I'll personalize it more from the inside and perhaps with landscaping as well, but I wanted to keep it "sellable" should we ever get around to building on the farm.
