It's about 15in X 15in in full color. I'm looking for someone close to New Orleans to produce it.

your post is quite vague I fear... to me at least..

"to produce it" makes it sound like you wish to hire an artist to help capture something in your head, or perhaps a digitizing of some sketch.... yet what is far more common in these sort of topics is a desire to find a printer to re-produce some existing artwork.. please clarify to hopefully get a greater response to your post...
