I'm basically talking about the folks who have NO posts. Occasionally, I see someone who jumps in on a thread with their first post and I want to say "Way to go, you're on the team". Looking on the IM list, I see people who, to my knowledge, have never even said hello, yet their names show up on a consistent basis.
Don't get me wrong, it's perfectly OK to hang on the outside, but it's sure more fun to open the door and come on in - just don't feel like you have to add your 2 cents to every single topic......
