The smaller caps remind me of Centaur, but it's not a match. The fancy caps look like they are custom made. They are clunky compared to the small caps.

it looks to me like its the same font, if you look at the serifs they are the same. they used all caps, made the WP&C bigger.they cut the caps off and added the curl. I will look in my font pile & see if I have anything close...

Yes, the kerning on either side of the FR of FRONT is dreadful, along with other less bad bits!
