A customer forwarded his new logo on to me from a designer. The .ai files won't import into SignLab 7.0 or CorelDraw x3. They then sent me .eps, but the resolution is bad for printing and I have to convert them to .bmp to break apart to cut. But the quality really goes downhill when I do that conversion. I did find in a previous e-mail that the designer told the customer that the .ai files are in the newest version of Illustrator. Would anyone be able to open the .ai files in Illustrator and save as a lower version of .ai, a higher res version of an .eps, and a hi res .jpg?
