Dunno if anyone else has but let me be the first here to thank you for your efforts. I think this is one of the more noble efforts I have seen here,and for that I commend you and hopefully all this knowledge no longer in print can be archived to share with folks who otherwise would never had the chance to encounter. Keep up the good work,....
