With the graduation ouf our youngest daughter just around the corner, our life is taking on a brandnew direction, and so I sold my business today. I will be teaching the new owner as good as I can until the end of July, and then she'll be on her own.
We are planning on moving in August, to just 40 minutes south of Regina, where we bought a former school building. My husband is a certified Class 1 Truck Driving Instructor, which is part of what we'll be doing, but primarily it is a Christian ministry which includes skills training for people in need of a new start in life. If you are honestly interested in knowing more about this, you can e-mail me, and I'll send you a website link.
The new owner's name is Carol. I'll be sending her to Letterville, so be good to her! And even though I do not want the responsibility of another sign business, I'll certainly hang on to my brushes and tools. I already designated a small room in the building as my domain. It will be good to paint and create for fun only, after many years of doing it for a living.
So'll hang around for another few weeks, and then occasionally check up on you, just to see how you're behaving, you know. Thank you so much for everything, you guys have been incredible, I'll always wear a Letterhead badge on my heart! Thanks, Steve and Barb for providing this place to meet, I've made very special, dear friends here.

Good luck to you Lotti! I am so jealous. I've been wanting to sell my business for a while and take on something new, just like Suelynn did a while back. Wish Florida wasn't in a recession deeper than the ocean!!
Stop back in from time to time!

I'm glad the sale went through Lotti, but you know I'll miss your companionship girl! Both Suelynn and you were such a great source of support when I stumbled upon Letterheads (thanks to Jon Aston). Your quiet, unobtrusive faith has always been something I have greatly admired. I know you will do well with this new venture, it is an honourable calling, and you have the stuff to make a difference. The good news is Lang is closer than Pelly. I might have to deliver your Mahl stick this fall. Thanks for all the support, advice and friendship over the past five years. No matter what your future holds, you will always be one of the Saskatchewan Sign Gals in my mind!

Ministry is exciting! The goal isn't money, yet we know who our provider is. I want to acknowledge your courage, your marraige, and your faith. Thank you.
PS. my daughter gave me a bumper sticker that reads "I bet Jesus would have used His turn signals"

It is a scary, yet courageous, step you are taking. I admire you for following your heart.
I wish you the best. I hope this adventure turns out to be everything you want it to be and more! Revel in His blessings!

Laurie and I are very proud of you. It is a fine direction you are moving in. So many lost souls out there. You will be making a difference, good for you I admire your courage. Once a signwriter, always a signwriter, our paths will surely cross again.
