My daughter has to conduct an interview with a "reliable source" about ocean life. She came up with about 10 simple questions to ask. You would think in Florida 20 minutes from the beach I could find someplace to take her. It's not that easy! Every place has blown me off so far and we are now getting to crunch time. She has to turn this in on April 13 (Monday).
So, I beg and plead, if anyone has ideas where I can find someone for her to interview, even by phone, I would be oh so thankful. I'm really over this whole science project.
She is on spring break and all we get to do is stress over this project!!
Thanks!

I've sent an email to someone I know who I believe is in a related field. I haven't spoken to them in a while though, but I will let you know if I hear back.

My niece is a marine biologist but she is living in Hawaii currently.
What about the Institute in the Keys? they have the extension from the University of Miami. I think it's an awesome place for your daughter to visit.!!!
Have fun, what a career!
Let's preserve those wetlands, mangroves and beachfronts!

If you need more info, my brother is a marine biologist, boat captain, and former staff member of the marine science dept. at Florida Atlantic University, not far from you in Boca Raton. He just got back from delivering a research vessel to Pago Pago, where it will spend the next year looking for Amelia Earhardt..........
