It was a great game Jack that is for sure. But my son was so very sad when I told him this morning that the Red Sox were not going to the World Series. Oh Well, atleast it will be an adventure from here. Kudos to the Rays!!

Sorry to see such a screwed up finish to a World Series. What happened to the good old days of baseball when the series was played in September, in the daylight, in sunshine? TV ratings, mass marketing, bah humbug. Baseball didn't do it's self any favors with this series. Congrats to the Philles on the win and to Tampa Bay for getting there on 10% of the payroll of the dreaded Yankees and 15% of my beloved Red Sox.
