Thanks Bernie - the meet was more than I ever expected, with lots of community involvement and neighbors excited to see the Walldogs at work. The local artists and volunteers pitched in and got the spirit; now they're planning a contingent for the 2009 meet in Pontiac Illinois. Even the mayor came by and had a beer with us.
It was great fun meeting you and Velma (be careful - Velma can hustle you in a game of pool) Looking forward to seeing everyone again at the Diaz's meet next year......

A huge thanks to all of you who came and brought your wonderful selves and talent to Minneapolis. The community loved all of you and like all Walldog meets they were amazed at what got done.
Don't forget to check out Nico's blog.... he was working with the lanes in case you missed that. Lots of great pictures and good humor too.
We really had a fantastic time and proved that the brush is mightier than the sword!
Dawn Lane on behalf of 4 Lanes + Nico ~ home again! now where is the next wall? and who brings the snacks? once again the community took fantastic care of us all!

Just uploaded a bunch of pictures we took last weekend. http://s123.photobucket.com/albums/o309/dover345/walldogs%2008/ Still haven't seen all of the walls finished. There was still some work to be done on a few of them wen we left on Sunday. Who else took pictures?
