I prime all pvc, posts and panels with 2 part epoxy primer from auto jobber. I also will topcoat with urethanes AND LATEX, has worked great

Rob, Since this question's popped up a couple of times recently, the guys at the body shop and I are gonna knock out some tests tonight. Been meaning to get to it for a couple of weeks.

I use a product called "Bulldog" its a primer made for plastic bumpers for auto body work
