Kev, last year, or at the last meet, Brian chose the last full weekend of October, i.e. 26 & 27th or if you add the Friday, it's 25-27th October 2008.
I emailed Brian last week about it, as I have to do another (regular) story for the Visual Impact magazine, so If I do something next week, it'll go in the issue to be printed in June or July, with typesetting, printing & postage delays. There's a big time lag with magazine promotions & we need to get cracking!
You could email him directly on : eaglesign@sctelco.net.au

We'll mostly all be going down- JOan's happy to help cook- and Larry who was one of the cooks last year has offered to be the food organiser ( voluntarily- he's a qualified chef) but he'll need to go down a week early, to suss-out sources & sauces etc!
I guess some reasonable proportion of last year's attendees will come (Devo & Gail, Ticks, Dave Drane, Ollie, Phil Ingram?) We could still fill a bigger bus than our two commuter buses!

Just got off the phone to Brian, he was somewhere near Newcastle on his bicycle. The dates for the Letterheads Cowra meet will be 17th, 18th and 19th of October. The crew from Jordans will be going, so if anybody needs a lift from Sydney give us a ring and I'm sure we could fit you in.

I shall have to give some thought as to wether I can afford to come this year as I am also going to the states. Paul have you seen the post about the gilders meet? I might attend the second one instead of Mikes meet as it is right up my alley. If I decide to come to the aussie meet i might just hitch a ride with the Jordans!!

hey kev, wunna borrow my kidney belt! I know it'll look cool when done, i prefer some springs hehehe. Brett had made noises about going to cowra then flying up here for a break but not sure if he still plans to do that. If I can i'll try to get there, I do have something else on the back burner which may have a bearing on the outcome.
Cheers Rod
