I can't open your website. Any pics you post on the BullBoard come up here as red X.

Am I doing something wrong? Not the right software loaded or do you just not like Aussies? [Wink]

Hey Jon, you're not alone. It must be something to do with being in Oz, I haven't been able to view anything of Mark's for a long time.... pic doesn't show up.... just a little square with a red x, can't download pic either. I thought it might have been browser settings so I updated explorer and added firefox and opera browsers....same results.... any help on this Steve?

Are any of you wearing your Mark Fair Secret Decoder Rings?
That might be the problem. I hear Meyer sells 'em.
They cost $2.99 and three cigar wrappers.

good one Jill. hahahaha

Sorry guys but I have a wierd server. My tech guy says he has certain countries blocked on the server.
I guess due to security reasons?
Eventually I may be moving to a new server such as GoDaddy.

sorry you can't access my site or pics.

Thanks guys for telling me of the problem.
I can't understand why you can't access my site Duncan. I will call my geek today and ask him what seems to be a problem.

I have noticed at times when I am uploading html and images to the server that the ftp client I am using(FileZilla) is dropped from the connection, disrupting upload.

The disruption in the server may be why "Flying Biscuit" has been dropped from the google directory.
I have been reading about the so called "Google Hell" (dropped from the directory)

My faux antique sign business has declined drastically because most of my orders come from my website.

Anyone that is knowledgeable about servers and such, your input would be much appreciated.

this has to be fixed.

thanks again.

go daddy is cheaper upfront but then they dig ya for every thing they can add on. Before long you are paying more for less.
And then when you try to move after finding out they do that,,., they hold it forever and ever..

I really like 1and1.com ... They have some great prices. I've been with them for several years. Fast servers, lots of space and features and 0 downtime so far. I host 10 sites under my 1 account, plus have about 40 more domains parked.

I am also among the folks who have been denied access to Mark's pictures.

I always enjoyed his humour and his humorous pics in the past.

That's interesting I'm at home now and can't access your site. Maybe it's some kind of IP address blocking thingy. I tried both Firefox and IE.

Yep Mike....Jukebox is mechanical and logical, internet is confusing for us old farts... I have had no success logging on to your site for a few years now Mark....I used to be able to get your site up and listen to your music and view your great signs, but the web site won't even load at all.
I thought it must have been some setting I didn't have right, but others are having the same probs.
How u doin' Duncan? say hi to Laurie.
