i have a few feet of empty wall space in the office that i think i'd like to use to hang a layout board (station?) i dont know what you call it but i know it would be a good idea.
i've only been up close with one and i didn't pay any attention to the construction or how it was hung/supported or pitched or anything. i just remember it being a wonderful utility.
if anyone can lend any pictures or other info i would greatly appreciate it.
thanks.

It's called an easel. Hinge a 4'x8' chunk of straight plywood or make it a 4'x16'. I think there are illustrations somewhere in former posts.

i guess it would be called an easel now wouldn't it.
thanks.
guess i never thought of it like that because the last one i saw was faced with drywall or sheetrock or something of the sort and screwed rather sturdily to the wall...
keep it simple, right?
