A young man hired me for signage for a new Pizza place in his small town only 20 miles away..he likes the Mutant Ninja Turtles and the lettering (without the wrinkles). The city code is restricted so we had to make it the size you see here....of course limited budget so non-lit. He's opening soon so we had to get it up regardless of weather so we picked an actual "Warm" day..16 above. Today and the weekend are going in the deepfreeze again but we are used to it, and as a outdoor hockey guy, I like it!

We used "Slotted brackets" and the usual hardware, nots, bolts, washers, alum. ferrules, turnbuckles with Alumilite. The background paint is automotive and the lettering and numerals are vynull. We'll keep an eye on this set-up espiecially after a wind or big storm. AHve not tried the Pizza yet, but I'm sure it's Awesome DUDE! Kowbunga!

16 degrees and the sun shining-without wind is actually a pretty great winter day. Yeah, it takes a bit longer to use anything with your fingers, but that's a GREAT day to install! First spotting of sun here in 6 days. Might have some Gemini letters to install this month, so maybe I'll post one too!

Did Radical Bob engineer that? FYI for future installs, since this was a single faced sign, one could have just had a angle bracket on the backside of the sign angling down from the top of the vertical angle bracket to the roof surface (replacing the backside cable) to avoid the obstucting cable on the front side of the sign. Just sharing an idea on a different way of skinning this chicken
