I saw a similar story like this but listening closely I noticed how they very briefly mentioned that it required electricity to "burn" the water. If it takes electricity its burning something, somewhere. It wouldn't be as sensational if they explained the entire process, I guess.

Well technically pretty much all of our cars require electricity to start/run anyway. The real question is does the amount of energy produced by the chemical/solution burning out weigh the amount of energy needed to start this process. If it does its possible create an engine out of this. How powerful of an engine? I guess that depends on how much more energy the burn produces over the energy needed to make the radio waves. Does any one know how much energy it requires to produce radio waves? I was under the impression not much energy is needed. But more importantly can this guy can cure cancer?

Jane; Just for giggles, google Elkhorn Manifesto. Also,Hydrogen made from water, aluminum and another cheap chemical has been patented by a US university I belive in the 1960's, however the patent/process keeps getting lost about the desk of the DOE. Their process produces Hydrogen on demand rather than the need for a storage container on board a vehicle or any other installation. Also Flouridated water is acording to some, not why you think it was introduced into the system.
